Art has been part of my life from a very young age. I grew up in the Washington, DC area. My parents often took me to The National Gallery. I was able to purchase prints of works I liked for 25 cents. I hung them all over my room.

My first degree was a BA in Art History at the University of Maryland. I continued to visit art museums and art shows throughout my careers in education and physical therapy. Viewing art was my favorite way to spend leisure time.

My husband and I moved from Maryland to the Palm Harbor, FL area for 25 years. I started taking art classes at the Dunedin Fine Art Center and joined The Florida Watercolor Society.

I am now frugally retired to the Lehigh Valley and taking classes at Goggleworks. I am enjoying the opportunity to immerse myself in art. When I’m painting, time flies by. All’s right with the world.
