I have always been creative.  When I was a young child growing up in New york I drew and painted in my spare time. I continued to draw and paint even as an adult.  It wasn’t until later in life when I moved half way across the country to Kansas that I worked in a pottery studio. I painted pottery so often they gave me a job!  I painted doors and walls of the studio and left my mark there I hope for many years.  When I moved to Pennsylvania I missed painting pottery.  I took a class with Pauline Sniper and my interest in pottery remained.  A year later after a short interruption I joined a studio in Boyertown.  I learned the basics of pottery and discovered how much I loved to carve designs in the pottery and make figurines.  I have continued to make pottery in my home.  I have done several craft shows and have some of my latest creations in gift shops in the area.  Pottery is a never ending craft and I continue to learn new ways to make new and different creations.  Always remember that creativity is not an age but a feeling and it grows forever!
