Judy Lupas graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in Philadelphia. She has won awards for outstanding drawing and painting. One of her works titled The Wrestlers was selected to be in the archives at the Academy. Her primary medium is acrylic paint. Her work is a combination of energetic mark making and color. Her work can be seen in major corporations, local and national collections.
