Gail Dill

Gail Dill was born and raised on a farm in Green Lane, Pennsylvania, attended Boyertown High School taking art classes from Mr. Clarence Gerhart, was a graduate of West Chester University incorporating as many art classes as possible, and was a fourth grade teacher for 27 years at Boyertown Elementary.  All these life experiences (including having a wonderful husband,  two children and two grandchildren) fueled by retirement in 2005, led her to return to her love of painting the glorious landscapes of Pennsylvania, with the help of Studio B and teachers like Dan Gorman.  Gail paints mostly on small canvases using water mixable oils.  Exhibiting at Studio B, the 2013 Scenes of the Schuylkill River Heritage Area in Pottstown, and the Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center in Pennsburg has bolstered her desire to keep painting.   Her web site is www.GailDill.com.
