Interest in art at an early age. Took art classes sporadically during elementary and high school

B.F.A, graduate in design from Tyler School of Art, Temple University, Philadelphia, PA

Worked for design/advertising agency in Philadelphia after graduation

Now involved in free-lance artwork and graphic design for schools, churches, and community groups

Participates and assists in local and regional juried and non-juried art shows. Received awards in both.

Works in watercolor, acrylic, pencil, fabric, clay and mixed media to create texture, pattern and contrast.

Uses earth tones and an autumn color scheme in detailed paintings and drawings. Favorite subject matter is everyday, natural surrounding from nature: shells, nuts, flowers, seed pods, dried weeds, insects, and vegetables.
